To help you get back in balance and ease these symptoms, we recommend taking 2 capsules of Regulate twice daily. This formula is crafted to move the Qi, nourish the blood, and support the spleen. It's designed to tackle both the root cause and the symptoms of Liver Qi Stagnation.
Absolutely. All of our products are formulated to address the main challenges women face with hormonal shifts. They can be mixed and matched according to your specific needs.
This formula is more moving than I would recommend for pregnancy, so it is not advised during pregnancy. However, I have used this formula for many women postpartum with fantastic results in supporting stress and milk production. We always recommend speaking to your doctor to ensure safety in your specific situation.
Chinese herbs work acutely, and the results build over time. You may notice immediate reductions in stress and menstrual discomfort when taking Regulate. However, these results will build as you work to rebalance your health. We recommend taking our products regularly for three months and tracking how your cycle may shift, how you respond to stress, and how your digestion changes. Clinically, it takes about three months for a true shift in hormonal patterns.
Regulate is made with natural ingredients and is generally well-tolerated. If you experience any adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.
